I’m in NOVA and just want to note they are predicting record snowfalls of 20-30 inches perhaps rivaling the famous knickerbocker storm of ’22, I may actually have to get my winter coat out and shovel the darn driveway. Having spent some years in New Hampshire with over five feet of snow on the ground, I find the whole thing kinda amusing. I feel really bad for my poor dog, a Dachshund, who can only look at the huge piles of snow and look around in disgust at having to go in the middle of the only area he can reach, the middle of the driveay.

Yeah, we’re in for the 18-24 too. I stopped at the store yesterday because I was legitmately out of milk and bread…There were only about 2 things of milk left but they were restocking…Good luck with that

Oh I love that map. WTH is “disruptive” snowfall anyway?! Geez. In Chicago anything over 1/4″ is disruptive because people freak out and forget how to walk, drive, run trains, etc. Ya’d think we never had snow before
