Cabin Fever

I know I’m completely slacking with the blog posting thing lately. We’ve been snowed in since last Thursday night, and I’m starting to crack under the continued lack of human interaction (well, except for Brian). Now, with the expected addition of another 12-18 inches of snow to the already 30+ inches we got last weekend, it’s possible that I won’t be able to leave the house until spring.
I’m just so completely sick of myself that I have absolutely noting to say (or write). I promise to be back to normal by the spring thaw

Your still fabulous- so you got that going for you !
my favourite part: ‘well, except for Brian’
hang in there! hopefully the ground hog got it wrong and spring is just around the corner
HI Shannon. Hard times… I’m sending a little picture from Brazil to help you. This place is in NE from Brazil, near from Fortaleza, in a little comunity named “Canoa Quebrada” that means Broked boat… 30 degrees anytime, all the year. I hope that the heat of Brazil to help melt a little snow in your home and bring warmth to your heart

That’s what our winter was like last year. Our snow didn’t melt until May. Hopefully yours melts sooner!
At least you have the Internet!
They’re calling our potential 9-12″ here tomorrow “Snowmaggedon”. You can stop lauging now!
@Kelly – Thanks! I don’t think Brian would agree right now
@Virtue – I know, right. We decided last night that we have absolutely nothing left to talk about. We’d have been doomed 100+ years ago!
@Mauro – Nice pic! Next time, please send a little plane ticket
@Bethany – I’m guessing you’re in New England. I have family up there who are laughing at us right now.
@Kathy – Our updated forecast is now calling for 10-20 inches. I might actually be sick
That is a LOT of snow. We had about 18 inches at my parents house in Oregon last winter and we barely survived. Of course, Oregon has like 2 snow plows in the entire state, so snow can really bring the place to a halt. Hope you’re keeping yourself busy with something!
Here’s a shout out to your Cabin Fever, showing what all can happen when you venture out into the snowy abyss… http://thecornerboothcc.blogspot.com/2010/02/our-cars-have-diabetes.html
